ATA is a Design & Build construction company, delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects from initial concept through to final handover.

We bring design, engineering, construction and project management together under one team, giving our clients a single point of responsibility throughout the entire project. Working alongside our trusted network of architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, specialist consultants, project managers and craftsman and we coordinate every stage of the process — from the first sketches and statutory approvals through to construction, finishes and completion.

Established in Kenya in 2006, following 12 years of construction experience in the United Kingdom, ATA combines professional project management with a strong practical understanding of how buildings are actually constructed. This allows us to develop designs that are not only beautiful, but practical, buildable and considered against the client's budget from the outset.
